These Terms and Conditions lay out the rules and responsibilities that come with accessing and using any mobile application published under the developer name "Aura Code Hub."
By downloading, installing, or using any of our apps, you're confirming that you've read, understood, and agreed to follow these Terms and Conditions. If any part of these terms doesn't sit right with you, please stop using our applications straight away.
In this document, "User," "You," and "Your" mean anyone who accesses or uses our applications. "Company," "We," "Our," and "Us" mean Aura Code Hub. "Parties" means the User and the Company taken together.

License
Unless we say otherwise, all intellectual property tied to our applications — their content, design, and materials included — belongs to Aura Code Hub or to our licensors, and every right not specifically granted stays reserved.
You're given a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our applications for personal, non-commercial purposes only, as long as you follow these Terms.
You agree not to:
- Republish anything taken from Aura Code Hub applications
- Sell, lease, or sublicense content from our apps
- Copy or reproduce material found in our apps
- Redistribute content that comes from our applications
These Terms kick in the moment you first use the application.
User Content and Comments
Some parts of our applications may let users post, submit, or share content, opinions, or information. Aura Code Hub doesn't screen, edit, or check this content before it shows up in the app.
Anything a user posts reflects only that individual's own views — not those of Aura Code Hub, its affiliates, or anyone representing us.
To whatever extent the law allows, Aura Code Hub won't be held responsible for user-submitted content, or for any loss, damage, or expense that comes from such content being posted, shared, or present in the application.
We may choose, at our own discretion, to monitor, review, or take down content that breaks these Terms or that we consider inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful.
When you post content, you're confirming that:
- You have the right and authority to share it
- It doesn't infringe on anyone else's intellectual property
- It doesn't contain anything unlawful, abusive, or offensive
- It isn't meant for unauthorized commercial or illegal use
By posting content, you're giving Aura Code Hub a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, adapt, and distribute it across any media or format.
Linking to Our Apps
These kinds of organizations can link to our applications without asking us first:
- Government bodies
- Search engines
- News publishers
- Online directory services
- Accredited businesses (apart from certain non-profit and fundraising groups)
Any link like this must:
- Steer clear of being misleading or deceptive
- Avoid falsely suggesting endorsement, sponsorship, or approval
- Make sense in the context of the site it's placed on
We're also open to reviewing and approving link requests from:
- Consumer or business information sites
- Community-oriented websites
- Associations and charities
- Online directories
- Internet portals
- Professional service providers and educational bodies
We'll typically approve a request when:
- The link won't hurt our reputation
- The organization asking hasn't had issues with us before
- The link brings useful visibility to our services

To ask about linking to us, email auracodehub3@gmail.com with your details and the URL(s) involved. Reviews can take 2–3 weeks.
Once approved, you may link to us using:
- Our company name
- The direct URL for our application
- A description that fairly reflects our application
You may not use Aura Code Hub branding — including any logos or artwork — without getting our written consent first.
iFrames
Framing or embedding our application in any way that changes how it looks, is laid out, or is presented is not allowed without our prior written sign-off.
Content Liability
We aren't responsible for content on any outside site that links to our applications. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims tied to content hosted on your platform.
Links to us shouldn't appear on any page containing content that's unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes on someone else's rights.
Reservation of Rights
We may ask, at our discretion, that a link to our applications be taken down. If we do, you agree to remove it without delay.
We also reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions whenever we choose. If you keep using our applications after a change takes effect, that means you accept the updated Terms.
Removal of Links From Our App
If you spot a link inside our application that seems inappropriate or offensive, feel free to let us know.
We'll look into requests like this, but we're not required to remove anything or to respond directly.
We can't guarantee that the information in our applications is accurate, complete, or reliable, and we don't promise that our apps will always be available or that their content will always be up to date.
Disclaimer
As far as the law allows, we disclaim every warranty, representation, and condition tied to your use of our applications.
Nothing here will:
- Limit or rule out our liability for death or personal injury
- Limit or rule out our liability for fraud or intentional misrepresentation
- Cut back liability beyond what the law allows
- Exclude any liability that legally can't be excluded
Every limitation described here applies to all liability arising under these Terms, whether it's rooted in contract, tort, or statute.
For as long as our applications and services stay free to use, we won't be held liable for any loss or damage.
