Sensitive Permissions Used By The App

1. MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE

This permission backs our Private Vault feature.

It allows private media to be stored securely, keeping files accessible even after the app has been reinstalled.

Why this is required:

• To keep private photos and videos stored safely
• To make it possible to recover files after a reinstall

What Data Is Accessed:

• Access is limited to files inside the Private Vault
• No other files on your device are touched or altered

How We Protect This Data:

• Files are kept encrypted
• Files stay hidden from view
• Data is never handed off to anyone else

If this permission isn't granted:

• You may not be able to recover files after reinstalling

2. Foreground Service Permission

This powers the App Change Monitor feature.

It lets users, once enabled, keep tabs on app installs and uninstalls.

While the feature is active:

• You'll see a notification like "Monitoring app changes…"
• The service only runs temporarily
• It can be switched off whenever you want
• No personal data gets collected

This keeps the feature working dependably even on devices that restrict background activity.

No personal data is gathered or passed along through this feature.
